SwipeSort Support

Help with SwipeSort on Android and iOS. For support, email contact@pezezzle.com and include your device, operating-system version, SwipeSort version and a short description of the issue. Please do not attach private photos or videos unless specifically requested and necessary.

Supported platforms

SwipeSort is available for Android on Google Play. Photo and video review is included from version 1.1, which is being prepared for release. The Google Play listing shows device compatibility and the currently available version. iOS availability will be announced on the app page; Apple-specific guidance below also applies to test builds.

Photo and video access

SwipeSort needs photo-library permission to show and organize your library. On Android, open Settings, find SwipeSort under Apps, then review its Photos and videos permission. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, choose Apps, SwipeSort, then Photos and review whether full or selected-photo access is granted. When limited access is used, make sure the photos and videos you want to review are included. In version 1.1, choose Photos, Videos, or Photos & videos in SwipeSort settings. Restricting access can prevent SwipeSort from showing affected items.

Deleting photos and videos

Swiping left only flags an item. SwipeSort asks you to review flagged photos and videos and confirm before using the operating system's deletion flow. Deleted photos and videos may remain temporarily in an Android gallery trash folder or the Apple Photos “Recently Deleted” album. Restore or permanently remove them there. Clearing SwipeSort's app data or uninstalling SwipeSort does not restore photos or videos already deleted from the media library.

Video playback in version 1.1

Videos play on the active review card, initially muted. Use the sound and playback controls to inspect a clip before deciding. If a video cannot be played, skip it, check media permission and refresh library access. On Apple devices, downloading a cloud-only video requires the separate Load video from iCloud action and may use mobile data. Allow iCloud previews controls thumbnail loading and does not authorize full video downloads.

Purchases and restoration

The premium product is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple on iOS and Google Play on Android. If a completed purchase is not recognized, confirm that the device uses the same Apple Account or Google Account used for the purchase, ensure the device is online, reopen SwipeSort's Full version screen and choose Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, email support with the store and non-sensitive transaction or order reference; never send complete card or bank details.

Local data and accounts

SwipeSort has no user account, so there is no account-deletion request or login to manage. App settings, sorting decisions, temporary previews and daily quotas are stored locally. They can be removed in SwipeSort where the relevant control is available, through Android's Clear storage option, or by uninstalling the app on Android or iOS.

Privacy

Read the Privacy Policy for SwipeSort for details about local photo and video processing, optional Analytics, crash reporting, TikTok campaign measurement, rewarded ads and purchase validation. Analytics, crash reporting and TikTok campaign measurement have separate settings and are off by default.
