1. Controller and contact

The controller is Ronny, operating the independent studio pezezzle in Switzerland.

2. Visiting this website

This is a static website hosted through Hosttech/Plesk by hosttech GmbH, Seestrasse 15a, 8805 Richterswil, Switzerland. When a page is requested, the hosting systems necessarily process technical server-log data such as the IP address, date and time, requested URL, referring page, browser and operating-system information, transferred data volume, and HTTP response status.

This processing is required to deliver the website, maintain reliable operation, detect attacks and troubleshoot errors. The legal basis is pezezzle's legitimate interest in a secure, functional website and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. pezezzle does not use routine server logs to build visitor profiles and does not keep a separate archive of them. If a log extract is needed to investigate a fault or security incident, pezezzle deletes its copy within 30 days after the investigation unless evidence or law requires longer retention. Hosttech's own retention follows its hosting terms and data-processing agreement.

3. No website analytics, advertising or external fonts

The current source code does not load analytics, advertising networks, social-media pixels, third-party CDNs or externally hosted fonts. The site does not set its own tracking cookies. Images, style sheets, scripts and fonts used for normal page display are served locally from pezezzle.com. If this changes, this policy will be updated before the new service is enabled.

4. YouTube trailers

Trailer preview images are stored locally. Merely opening a pezezzle page does not load a YouTube player. Only after you select a trailer does the page load an embedded player from youtube-nocookie.com. Without JavaScript, the preview remains a normal link and opens YouTube only when selected.

After activation, Google may receive the IP address, device and browser information, the referring page, and viewing or interaction data. Google may use cookies or local storage depending on your settings and account status. Processing is based on your deliberate activation and, where required, consent. You can avoid this processing by not activating a trailer. Google may process data internationally, including in the United States, under its applicable transfer safeguards. 5. Contact by email

When you email pezezzle, the message, contact details and related metadata are processed to answer your request and keep necessary correspondence. The legal basis is taking steps at your request, performing a contract, complying with legal duties, or the legitimate interest in communicating with users, as applicable. Routine support correspondence is deleted within 24 months after the matter is closed; records required for legal, tax or dispute purposes are retained for the applicable statutory period.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Data is disclosed only where needed to hosting, email, platform or technical service providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Hosttech processes website data in its role as hosting provider. Activating YouTube sends data to Google and its processors. Where a recipient processes data outside Switzerland, the EEA or another jurisdiction recognized as adequate, appropriate safeguards are used where required, such as recognized data-privacy frameworks or standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures.

7. Security

The website uses HTTPS transport encryption. Access to hosting and email administration is restricted, and software and credentials are maintained using proportionate technical and organizational measures. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Send requests to contact@pezezzle.com. Enough information may be requested to verify identity and locate the relevant data.

You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where the GDPR applies, the competent supervisory authority in your habitual residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.

9. Children

This informational website is not specifically directed at children and does not offer accounts or forms. The age rating and intended audience of each app are stated in its relevant store listing. App-specific processing is described in the applicable app policy.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new version and effective date on this page.
