1. Who is responsible
pezezzle is an independent studio operated by Ronny Bigler in Switzerland. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@pezezzle.com.
2. Website data
This website does not offer user accounts, forms or behavioral advertising. The hosting provider may process technical server logs such as IP address, request time, requested page, referrer, browser information and response status to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.
3. Game and app data
Depending on the game, platform, version and features used, the Services and integrated platform services or SDKs may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, gameplay and interaction data, diagnostics, crash and performance data, purchase status, leaderboard data and multiplayer communications.
4. Purposes
Data is processed where necessary to provide gameplay and online features, save progress, operate purchases, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve performance, understand feature use, display advertising and meet legal obligations.
5. Platforms and service providers
Apple, Google and other providers may process information under their own privacy policies when you use their stores, sign-in, game services, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, multiplayer or payment features. The store listing for each game provides platform-specific data-safety information.
6. Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Children
The Services are intended for the age group shown in the relevant store listing. pezezzle does not knowingly request personal contact information from children outside the functionality described by the platform.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. Contact pezezzle with the game, platform and relevant user or device identifier needed to locate the request. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
9. Changes
This Policy may be updated when the Services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available at this URL.
